2013 was a great year for tablets as it allowed them to become more mainstream than ever in the hands of normal people, never before have some very people been able to check their emails and play their favourite games while on the go. Google’s Nexus seven is the android flagship tablet meaning that it has to uphold the name of an entire company. Fortunately the Nexus seven does this easily with its fantastic 1.5 GHz quad core processor and great 7 inch screen meaning that playing games on it is a joy. All of this on top of a incredibly aggressive price point make the Nexus seven a hard to pass by offer.

If you’re looking for something a little bigger the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is an interesting by as it is a 10 inch tablet with a phenomenally powerful 2.3 GHz quad core processor making it one of the most powerful tablets on the market. What this means in terms of gaming is that you can play anything you want on it and it will never slow down. The Samsung has great performance levels for online casino sites too, so it is easily able to handle the graphics of games like Centre Court slots as well as the more traditional casino games.

Apple have also been incredibly successful in the tablet market over the past few years and this year will probably be no different as currently the iPad air and mini 2 are both on the market and shipping a lot of units. Both models have a 1.3 GHz dual core processor that even though it is much slower than the competition still keeps up in terms of gaming performance. Then with the air being a 10 inch tablet and the mini being an 8 inch tablet you can take your pick has to which size you want.
