They need to be able to speak quickly, clearly, and concisely about the features and benefits of whatever it is they are selling. If you think carefully about these factors, you should be able to find someone who can learn quickly. That way, you can keep the training sessions short and sweet, particularly if you are thinking about adding new products and services to the repertoire.
